We kept hearing the same thing from neighbours: their window cleaner vanished, never said when he was coming, and only took cash. We thought window cleaning could feel a lot more reliable and a lot friendlier than that — so we started Doctor Shine.
New name, experienced hands
Doctor Shine may be a new business, but the people behind it bring years of hands-on window-cleaning experience. We understand that reliability matters: turning up as promised, communicating clearly when weather changes plans, and taking pride in every home we visit.
Everything is brand new (well almost)
Our van is 15 years old, a little weathered around the edges and certainly not winning any beauty contests — but it starts every morning, knows the local roads, and is as reliable as they come. Inside is our pure-water kit, new poles and a completely open diary. We may be new, but we'll arrive in smart Doctor Shine uniform, ready to do every window properly, sills and frames included. We deliberately limit the number of homes on each round, giving every job the time it deserves, and use weather-prediction AI to plan more efficiently when the forecast has other ideas.
Turn up, do it properly, be easy to reach
You'll know the day we're coming, get a message when we're on our way, and you can message us any time. If your first clean isn't sparkling, you don't pay a penny — that's our promise while we earn your trust.

We're a small, growing round, so some streets aren't covered every week yet, and we're still learning the quickest routes. If we can't reach you straight away we'll pop you on the waiting list and be honest about when we can start.
